Cabernet Franc Blanc de Noir
Tanagra Cabernet Franc Blanc de Noir (Single Vineyard Wine)
A serious, barrel-fermented Blanc de Noir with delicate fruit made of 100% Cabernet Franc from old vines of a certified Single Vineyard
 |
This dry Blanc de Noir is unusual in various ways: It is made from 100% Cabernet Franc (a not so common cultivar for Blanc de Noir) and barrel-fermented, resulting in a complex style of Blanc de Noir (as opposed to the more usual fresh-and-easy style) and a serious food companion. Perfect to enjoy now, but it will also mature nicely within the next 4 – 5 years. Only 1900 bottles made |

A complex style of Blanc de Noir. Raspberry and watermelon on the palate, and subtle rose hip tea. Beautifully dry and balanced, hints of salinity in the finish.
