Tanagra Merlot 2023 (Single Vineyard Wine)
A deliciously quaffable and yet serious Merlot from the smallest certified single vineyard on the farm
![]() |
This Merlot comes from a tiny Single Vineyard at Tanagra, only half a hectar in size. Its specific terroir, right next to Vrolijkheid Nature Reserve, adds an earthy & herbaceous edge to the luscious fruit. Our Merlot is a medium-bodied and yet elegant red wine - a perfect summer or lunch red wine, which can be enjoyed at a slightly cooler temperature (at around 15-16 degrees Celsius). It can be enjoyed now or within the next 5 to 6 years. Only 840 bottles made. |
